HOW YOUR JAMB EXAM IS STRUCTURED!!!

🚨𝐉𝐀𝐌𝐁 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔: 𝐀𝐓𝐓𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐔𝐓𝐌𝐄 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐒 - 𝐇𝐎𝐖 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐄𝐗𝐀𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐈𝐒 𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐔𝐂𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄𝐃. 

Dear Aspirants preparing to sit for the 2026 UTME, please read this important information carefully. Understanding how the examination is structured will help you prepare better and manage your time effectively during the exam.

 

🖥️ 𝐔𝐓𝐌𝐄 𝐂𝐁𝐓 𝐒𝐄𝐒𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐁𝐀𝐓𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐒

The UTME CBT examination is conducted in four (4) batches daily.

 

𝐀𝐥𝐥 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐔𝐓𝐌𝐄 𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐄𝐱𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐬 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐧 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝟏𝟔, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔.

🕖 *1st Batch: 7:00 AM*

🕘 *2nd Batch: 9:00 AM*

🕛 *3rd Batch: 12:00 PM*

🕒 *4th Batch: 3:00 PM*

📖 𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐔𝐂𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄 𝐎𝐅 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐔𝐓𝐌𝐄 𝐄𝐗𝐀𝐌

The UTME consists of four (4) subjects with a total of 180 questions to be answered within 2 hours.

 

𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐝𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐐𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐀𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

📘 Use of English – 60 questions (40 minutes)

📗 Second Subject – 40 questions (27 minutes)

📙 Third Subject – 40 questions (27 minutes)

📕 Fourth Subject – 40 questions (26 minutes)

🧮 𝐓𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐥: 𝟏𝟖𝟎 𝐐𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝟏𝟐𝟎 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐬 (𝟐 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬)

 

📚 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐞: 5-𝟏𝟎 𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐉𝐀𝐌𝐁 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐥/𝐭𝐞𝐱𝐭.

 

⏱️ 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐓𝐢𝐩:

Candidates should aim to spend about 40 seconds per question to complete the exam within the allocated time.
